Whether you love running tubeless or want to use an inner tube we have you covered. Wheels come pre-taped with tubeless tape and with tubeless valves. Don't want to run tubeless? Simply remove your tubeless valves, the tubeless tapes makes for the best possible rim strip.

The wheels will come with our Onyx brake pads which work great. A substitution brake pad is the Swissstop Black Prince. However, avoid the Swissstop yellow brake pads as they can leave residue on the rims that will create a lot more heat build up.
Yes, carbon fiber rims have advanced quite a bit in the past decade. With high temperature resins, heat build up on carbon fiber rims is not an issue like it used to be.
The wet weather braking is not going to be as good as dry weather, however the textured brake track helps a lot with stopping power. You will notice the first revolution of the wheel wicks the water off and then the braking starts to kick in.
