Yes. The Rouleur is a tubeless ready rim, and will come with tubeless tape installed. However if you want to run a traditional tube and tire you can. The tubeless tape also doubles as an excellent rim tape!
No problem! You can either run a centerlock to six bolt adapter and run your current six bolt rotors, or you can get some new centerlock rotors. Your bike brakes do not care if the rotors are centerlock or six bolt, so you can run either style.
Simply swap out the end caps for the quick release ones. The end caps are all press fit, so you can easily swap the end caps.
