Boyd’s In The Wild Ch: 2

Saffron Frameworks built up a great looking gravel bike that just won Bespoked 2018 ‘Best in Show’, as well as ‘Outstanding Finish’ category. Wheels pictured are 44mm carbon clincher Boyd wheels. That particular rim profile (at least for disc brakes) is now replaced by our 36mm Road disc wheelset, but this custom build is just too pretty not to share on the blog. The paint scheme is a combination of the corn and rye buds, which come through in the exposed copper. This extends into the stainless steel at the rear end. The finishing kit comprises of an SRAM eTap groupset, with a WiFli cassette on the rear. Mounted with 40mm tyres, this results in a super comfy and super clean gravel machine.
